Free Lesson: Weekly Owner Review

Turn cost, freight, cash, maintenance, and compliance into a 30-minute weekly owner-operator review.

Free Lesson: Weekly Owner Review
Lesson 6 / Operating rhythm

The weekly review is where the business becomes manageable. It turns scattered decisions into one repeatable loop: what changed, what it cost, what proof exists, and what happens next.

The rule

Hold one 30-minute review every week. Do not skip it because the week was busy. Busy weeks are exactly when the review matters.

MoneyReview revenue, fuel, invoices, reserves, owner draw, and the load decisions that changed margin.
TruckReview maintenance, tire/brake/aftertreatment signals, upcoming PM, and any repair proof that needs filing.
ProofReview compliance dates, documents, broker issues, customer promises, and next-week reminders.

Do this this week

  1. Schedule the review for the same day and time.
  2. Bring one number, one document, and one decision from the week.
  3. Write one next action before ending the review.
  4. Repeat next week and remove anything that did not change a decision.

This is the center of the paid Lab: turn the free lessons into a system you can run every week. Start with the free path, then request early access when you want guided implementation.
